1. Single-Seat Commercial License Grant
Upon purchasing any digital product (Master Cinematic LUTs, Web Starters, UI Kits, Motion Packs, or GenAI Workflows) at cesarbusinesslab.com/shop, Cesar Business Lab grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the assets subject to the following terms:
1.1. Permitted Uses (What You Can Do)
✓ Unlimited Client & Commercial Projects: Use the assets in unlimited commercial productions, client websites, television commercials, feature films, music videos, social media reels, and digital advertising campaigns.
✓ Dual-Workstation Installation: Install and access the source files on up to two (2) machines owned and operated exclusively by you (e.g., your primary studio desktop and editing laptop).
✓ Modification & Customization: Adapt, customize, and integrate the color curves, templates, or code to fit the artistic needs of your production.
✓ Unlimited Revenue Generation: Retain 100% of the commercial revenue and client fees generated from the final end-products created with our assets.
1.2. Prohibited Uses (What You Cannot Do)
✗ Reselling & Redistribution: You may not resell, sub-license, rent, donate, or redistribute the raw source files, LUTs, or templates in original or modified form.
✗ Public Cloud & Repository Sharing: You may not upload the files to shared agency servers, public Google Drive folders, Telegram channels, torrent trackers, or warez sites.
✗ Embedded Product Re-bundling: You may not package our LUTs or design templates into downloadable apps, website builders, or generator plugins where third parties can extract raw source assets.
✗ False Authorship: You may not claim original authorship or register our proprietary assets as your own trademarked intellectual property.
